Setup & Onboarding

We do the setup with you, not just sell you software.

Every FarmTrack deployment is set up with hands-on involvement. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Step 1

Send us your spreadsheet

Start with whatever records you already have. We accept Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets. If you have nothing yet, we start from scratch.

  • Animal records and tag numbers
  • Camp names and boundaries
  • Historical movements or health events
  • Any other data you track today
Step 2

We map your farm

We configure your camp layout in FarmTrack, matching your actual property. If you have a farm boundary file, we use it. If not, we build it from scratch.

  • Camp polygons drawn to your layout
  • Water points and infrastructure
  • Camp names as your team uses them
  • Grazing rotation structure
Step 3

We configure your dashboard

Your dashboard is set up around what you care about — grazing, health, finance, or all of the above. Nothing generic.

  • Dashboard widgets selected for your priorities
  • Alerts configured for your inspection schedule
  • Finance categories set up for your cost structure
  • Role permissions set for your team
Step 4

We train your team

We run separate onboarding sessions for field workers, managers, and owners. Each person learns only what applies to their role.

  • Field worker: how to log from the phone
  • Manager: how to review the dashboard
  • Owner: how to read reports and summaries
  • Hands-on walkthrough with real farm data
Step 5

We stay with you monthly

FarmTrack is not a product you buy and figure out yourself. Your monthly subscription includes ongoing support, improvements, and regular check-ins.

  • Monthly support sessions
  • Feature additions as your farm grows
  • Data corrections and record maintenance
  • Continuous improvements to your setup
